As the market evolves we are constantly recalibrating our focus to ensure clients are ahead of any positive or negative events.
Our typical area of operation is in the £2m – £50m asset lot sizes. Our clients have the resource and we have the ability to go much larger, although these transactions are rare in the open market. We do however, work proactively creating off-market opportunities, across the differing sectors, which is where we provide good value.
The spectrum of clients covers institutions, funds, local authorities, private companies and high net worth individuals. This allows us to cast a wide net with our requirements and results in high volumes of introductions and completions.
A typical transaction will have been discreetly and directly introduced to us by the vendors agent or even the vendor themselves. We will often be given exclusivity as a trusted and preferred party but this is not a pre-requisite. We are sought out on a regular basis as we are known for our straightforward and open way of dealing which benefits both sides. Quality overrides quantity for us.
